Beat the heat with these 3 popular flavors of this iconic Asian beverage!
Ingredients:
- Tapioca pearl (boba)
- 2 cups chopped avocados
- 2 cups chopped mangoes
- 2 cups chopped papaya
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup half and half
- Ice
Directions:
- In a pot, boil 2 cups of water.
- Add the tapioca. Cook until tender.
- Add 1/2 cuo of sugar and simmer for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In a blender, add 2 cups avocado, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, and 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth. Adjust the sugar according to your preference.
- In a tall glass, add 1/4 cup boba and the avocado smoothie. Do the same procedure with the other flavors. Enjoy!
Note:
You can adjust the milk and sugar according to your preference. Other flavors you can try are green tea, strawberry or mocha.
