Buffalo Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tsp salt (seasoning ingredient)
  • 1 tsp pepper (seasoning ingredient)
  • 1 tsp paprika (seasoning ingredient)
  • 1 tsp chicken flavor (seasoning ingredient)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp chicken flavor
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp
  • Canola oil, for frying
  • 8 tbsp (1 stick) butter
  • 4 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

Note:

  1. Wash and dry the wings.
  2. A1 z9Season with all 4 seasoning ingredients above.
  3. Marinate for 2 hours or, for even better results, overnight.
  4. In a bowl, mix the flour, rice flour, salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, and parsley.
  5. Cover the wings with the flour mixture making sure every wing is covered.
  6. Deep fry until until golden brown.
  7. In a heated saucepan, add the butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, and sugar. Stir and cook until the butter and sugar have dissolved.
  8. Toss half of the hot sauce with the wings.
  9. Serve with extra hot sauce on the side.

Note:

To make crispier wings, fry the wings until light brown. Set aside and fry again until golden brown.
