Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tsp salt (seasoning ingredient)
- 1 tsp pepper (seasoning ingredient)
- 1 tsp paprika (seasoning ingredient)
- 1 tsp chicken flavor (seasoning ingredient)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- 3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp chicken flavor
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp
- Canola oil, for frying
- 8 tbsp (1 stick) butter
- 4 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sugar

Note:
- Wash and dry the wings.
- A1 z9Season with all 4 seasoning ingredients above.
- Marinate for 2 hours or, for even better results, overnight.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, rice flour, salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, and parsley.
- Cover the wings with the flour mixture making sure every wing is covered.
- Deep fry until until golden brown.
- In a heated saucepan, add the butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, and sugar. Stir and cook until the butter and sugar have dissolved.
- Toss half of the hot sauce with the wings.
- Serve with extra hot sauce on the side.
Note:
To make crispier wings, fry the wings until light brown. Set aside and fry again until golden brown.
