This no-bake cake is super easy to make. With only six ingredients, you’ll have a delicious dessert!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 (14 oz) can condensed milk
- 1 pkg (14oz) chocolate graham crackers
- 2 packets knox gelatine
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup whole milk, room temperature
- 1 (15 oz) sliced peaches or fruit cocktail
Directions:
- In a bowl, add heavy cream, half and half and condensed milk. Mix until combined.
- Dip the graham crackers into the cream mixture and layer it on a square dish.
- Repeat this process but make sure you leave a space on top, about an inch, for the topping.
- In a small bowl, add water and the gelatine. Stir and microwave for 30 seconds or until the gelatin is dissolved.
- Add the milk to the gelatine mixture. Stir.
- Arrange the peach slices on top of the cake and slowly add the gelatine mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Slice and serve!
Note:
When layering the graham crackers, leave it for a few minutes or until it softens. Wait until it absorbs the liquid, then proceed with the next layer and let it soften to make sure that it absorbs all the liquid. This will ensure your cake turns out moist!
