This hot chocolate is so rich you could serve it as a dessert! Deep chocolate flavor, with a hint of spice makes this hot cocoa your ultimate chocolate drink!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup half and half
- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 4 oz sweetened chocolate
- 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder, preferrably vahlrona
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp espresso powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Cinnamon stick
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions:
- In a small pot, simmer the half and half and milk. Don’t let it boil.
- Add the chocolates, cocoa powder, sugar, espresso powder, and chili powder.
- Whisk until smooth and has no more lumps.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until it is stiff. Place in a piping bag. Place in the fridge until ready to use.
- Pour the hot cocoa in a cup and pipe the whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle cinnamon or cocoa powder on top.
- Serve while warm.
