Tender, juicy, fall off the bones baby back ribs with special homemade barbecue sauce! The barbecue sauce is what makes this ribs so flavorful. Slowly bake in the oven until tender, then brushed with the barbecue sauce, twice! This ribs is delicious!
Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 lbs baby back pork ribs
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dry rub.
- Spread the dry rub all over the pork.
- Rub it all over making sure you get the sides too.
- Marinate in the fridge overnight.
- Wrap the pork ribs in a foil, and place in a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 2 to 3 hours until it’s tender.
- Open foil and brush the barbecue sauce on all sides of the pork.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Brush the pork ribs with barbeque sauce again, and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Just before serving, brush the ribs with more barbecue sauce.
- Serve with corn bread, mashed potaoes, and more barbecue sauce! (recipes are available in my site)
Note:
If you dont have celery salt, you can replace it with regular salt.
