Rose Jello

This dish is really easy and fun to make! Of course, if you’d rather make one in a different shape or with different colors, the sky’s the limit. I personally like to make them colorful, and if you do to, just follow the instructions step by step below!

Ingredients:

  • 10 cups water
  • 2 pkg (3 oz) Jell- o cherry flavored gelatine
  • 2 pkg (3 oz) Jell- o lime flavored gelatine
  • 2 pkg (3 oz) Jell- o orange flavored gelatine
  • 2 pkg (3 oz) Jell- o blueberry flavored gelatine
  • 2 pkg ( 3 oz) Jell- o lemon flavored gelatine
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatine
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • Cooking oil spray

Directions:

  • In a pot, bring 10 cups of water to a boil.
  • Dissolve each box of Jell-o in 1 1/4 cup of boiling water until completely dissolve.
  • Transfer to your container sprayed with oil. You will need 5 separate containers for this.
  • Chill for 4 hours or until the gelatine is firm.
  • In a separate bowl, add 1/2 cup of cold water. Sprinkle 4 envelopes of unflavored gelatine. Wait until it softens. Then add 1 cup of boiling water and stir until the gelatine is completely dissolved.
  • Add the half and half and condensed milk and stir. Allow to cool.
  • Cut the Jell- o into cubes and arrange it in a bunth pan or whatever mold you are using.
  • Pour in the condensed milk mixture. Refrigerate until firm.
  • Cut into slices and serve. Enjoy!
