Parchment Baked Salmon

Sometimes when you eat too much meat, you crave for something light and satisfying dish, and this is the perfect dish for you… It is very simple to make and with just a few ingredients you can have a healthy, satisfying, delicious meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium sized salmon, cleaned and scales removed
  • 1 lemon, sliced thinly
  • Rosemary
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Directions:

  1. Drizzle some olive oil on the salmon.
  2. Rub salt and pepper until you cover the entire fish.
  3. Slice the lemon and place it inside and on top of the fish.
  4. Wrap it with parchment paper then wrap it with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.

Note:

I used wild alaskan salmon on this recipe but if its not available where you live you can use red snapper, trout, or any fish suitable for steaming.
