This fried rice is the perfect pair for my tosilog, tapsilog and longsilog recipe. They work together so well. Try it and you’ll love it!
Ingredients:
- 4 cups leftover rice
- 7 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp rock salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Chives
Directions:
- Using a mortar and pestle pound the garlic and salt.
- In a saute pan, add and heat the olive oil and butter.
- Add the garlic and saute until light brown.
- Add the rice and continue sauteeing for another 10 to 15 minutes until the rice is golden brown.
- Transfer to a plate and sprinkle some rock salt and chopped chives on top. Yum!😋
