If you love boiled eggs, you ll love egg salad. Japanese mayonnaise is a must on this recipe because it imparts a different flavor compared to regular mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs, hardboiled
- 1/3 cup japanese mayonnaise (kewpie)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white ground pepper
- 2 tbsp pickle relish
- 2 tsp mustard
Directions:
- Chopped the eggs.
- Transfer into a bowl and mashed with a fork.
- Add the mayonnaise and mix until combined.
- Add the salt, pepper, relish, and mustard. Mix until combined.
- Prepare the white bread by removing the crust.
- Spread the egg salad on bread top with another slice.
