Egg Salad Sandwich

If you love boiled eggs, you ll love egg salad. Japanese mayonnaise is a must on this recipe because it imparts a different flavor compared to regular mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs, hardboiled
  • 1/3 cup japanese mayonnaise (kewpie)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp white ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp pickle relish
  • 2 tsp mustard

Directions:

  1. Chopped the eggs.
  2. Transfer into a bowl and mashed with a fork.
  3. Add the mayonnaise and mix until combined.
  4. Add the salt, pepper, relish, and mustard. Mix until combined.
  5. Prepare the white bread by removing the crust.
  6. Spread the egg salad on bread top with another slice.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
