You just cant’ have enough of this super healthy dip! We tried it with peppers, celery stick and sliced apple. They all just taste good with almost everything! I loved the one Costco sells in a small pack that our friend gave us to try and I just had to copy it! This recipe is really close to that one. I don’t wanna brag, but this is for me “THE” best hummus recipe you’ll ever try! I promise!
Ingredients:
- 1 (15oz) canned chickpeas
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup reserved liquid
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 /8 tsp ground black pepper
Directions:
- Drain the chickpeas and reserve 1/3 cup of the liquid.
- In a blender, add the rest of ingredients. Process until smooth. Thats it!
- Serve with pita chips or toasted baguette!
