This casserole is so delicious and super easy to make. I used my leftover meat sauce, boiled the macaroni, added cheese and voila! You have a fast, easy, and delicious dinner.
Ingredients:
- 3 to 4 cups leftover meat sauce
- 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 cups mozarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp pepper flakes
- Bacon bits, (optional)
Directions:
- Heat the meat sauce in a pot.
- Add the elbow macaroni and stir until combined.
- Add the mozarella and cheddar cheese, black pepper, pepper flakes, and bacon bits if using any.
- Let simmer until the sauce is absorbed.
- Serve while warm. Enjoy!
