Macaroni Casserole

This casserole is so delicious and super easy to make. I used my leftover meat sauce, boiled the macaroni, added cheese and voila! You have a fast, easy, and delicious dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 cups leftover meat sauce
  • 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups mozarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp pepper flakes
  • Bacon bits, (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat the meat sauce in a pot.
  2. Add the elbow macaroni and stir until combined.
  3. Add the mozarella and cheddar cheese, black pepper, pepper flakes, and bacon bits if using any.
  4. Let simmer until the sauce is absorbed.
  5. Serve while warm. Enjoy!
