Here’s another recipe I used at that family barbecue I’m always talking about! I marinated these pork ribs overnight to get the best flavor. The result is a crispy outside and a tender inside!
Ingredients:
- 1 rack of pork ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix all the spices together. Rub both sides of the pork ribs. Make sure you cover all of the ribs.
- Place in a dish and seal with a plastic wrap.
- Marinate the pork ribs overnight to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
- Barbecue the ribs on a 300*F preheated grill for 2 to 3 hours or until the meat is cooked and tender.
- When the ribs are done, brush them with barbecue sauce.
- Slice and serve. Enjoy!
