Pork Ribs Barbecue

Here’s another recipe I used at that family barbecue I’m always talking about! I marinated these pork ribs overnight to get the best flavor. The result is a crispy outside and a tender inside!

Ingredients:

  • 1 rack of pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix all the spices together. Rub both sides of the pork ribs. Make sure you cover all of the ribs.
  2. Place in a dish and seal with a plastic wrap.
  3. Marinate the pork ribs overnight to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
  4. Barbecue the ribs on a 300*F preheated grill for 2 to 3 hours or until the meat is cooked and tender.
  5. When the ribs are done, brush them with barbecue sauce.
  6. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
