Ingredients:
- 1 medium sized red onions, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup coconut vinegar
- 2 tbsp black vinegar
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 dried or fresh birds eye chili, chopped
Directions:
- In a clean jar, add vinegar and soy sauce.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Let sit for 24 hours to develop the flavor.
