Soy vinegar dipping sauce

This classic filipino dipping sauce is really good with porkchops, fried tofu, crispy pata, vegetable spring rolls. It’s so easy to make and can be kept in the fridge for up to a month!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium sized red onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup coconut vinegar
  • 2 tbsp black vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 dried or fresh birds eye chili, chopped

Directions:

  1. In a clean jar, add vinegar and soy sauce.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Let sit for 24 hours to develop the flavor.
