This filipino dish is serve as an appetizer or as a side dish. Either way their delicious. Kangkong or water spinach is available on any asian store. They’re usually seasonal so grab a bunch when you see it.

Ingredients:
- Bunch of kangkong (water spinach)
- Shrimp paste
- Spicy chili garlic sauce
Directions:
- Wash the kangkong and cut the hard end off of each stem.
- Steam until wilted, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve while warm with chili garlic sauce and shrimp paste.
- Thats it. Enjoy!

Shrimp paste and chili garlic sauce is also available at any Asian store.
