Ingredients:
- 6 roma tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 small-sized red onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cilantro, chopped
- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients together.
- Toss gently until well combined.
