Ingredients:
- 1 medium sized red onion, finely chopped
- 3 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 3 Manila mangoes or ataulfo , peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
