It’s a dip, it’s a snack, it’s a sandwich stuffer, it’s a side, it’s Tuna Salad! When made, you can throw it on top of some crackers, pack it into some sandwiches, and more. The possibilities are endless!
Ingredients:
- 12 oz canned tuna
- 2 tbsp bellpepper
- 3 tbsp red onions, minced
- 3 tbsp chopped celery
- 2 tbsp pickle relish
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup lady’s choice tuna spread (optional)
Directions:
- In a colander, add the tuna to remove all the juice. Drain.
- In another bowl, toss together tuna, bellpepper, onion, and celery.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, white pepper, mayonnaise, and tuna spread. Mix until combined.
- Serve as a cracker dip or tuna sandwich. Enjoy!
