Tuna salad is delicious but the addition of sliced cheese and eggs makes this sandwich looks fancy and over the top!😋
Ingredients:
- 4 (7 oz) tuna in can, drained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
- 3 tbsp finely chopped red bellpepper
- 3 tbsp pickle relish
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup red grapes, cut in half
- 2 tbsp grey poupon mustard (optional)
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the tuna, celery, and onions. Stir until combined.
- Add the relish, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice, almonds, grapes, and mustard. Mix well until combined.
- Spread tuna salad on croissants.
- Top with sliced cheese and egg.
- Serve and enjoy!
