Waldorf Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 fuji apples, cored and chopped into cubes
  • 8 oz seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 4 stalks of celery, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts
  • 2 cups of cool whip
  • pinch of nutmeg

Directions:

  • Wash and core your apples. Sliced into cubes.
  • Wash and cut the grapes in half.
  • Sliced the celery diagonally about half centimeters thick.
  • Toast the walnuts 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes. Make sure you check it every ten minutes to make sure it doesn’t burn.
  • In a bowl, thaw your whipping cream and add the nutmeg. Stir until smooth.
  • Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for two hours.
  • That’s it! Simple but delicious!

Note:

You can also use strawberry flavored yogurt or whip cream if thats what’s available where you live.
