Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef, thinly cut
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 small sized onion
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup chopped bellpepper
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced zucchini
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
- Marinate the beef in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, lemon juice, and pepper for two hours or overnight.
- In a heated pan, add 3 tbsp oil. Add the beef and saute until golden brown.
- Add the garlic and saute for a few minutes.
- Add the onions and continue stirring until the onions are soft.
- Add the carrots and cook just for a few minutes. Then add the broccoli and continue sauteeing until they are soft but not overcooked.
- Add the rest of the vegetables and stir until combined. Cook for just a few minutes.
- Serve while warm. Enjoy!
