Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef, thinly cut
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 small sized onion
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup chopped bellpepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
  1. Marinate the beef in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, lemon juice, and pepper for two hours or overnight.
  2. In a heated pan, add 3 tbsp oil. Add the beef and saute until golden brown.
  3. Add the garlic and saute for a few minutes.
  4. Add the onions and continue stirring until the onions are soft.
  5. Add the carrots and cook just for a few minutes. Then add the broccoli and continue sauteeing until they are soft but not overcooked.
  6. Add the rest of the vegetables and stir until combined. Cook for just a few minutes.
  7. Serve while warm. Enjoy!
