This is perfect with fried dumplings, siomai, and even steamed buns. Its spicy, salty and tangy!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili bean sauce ( I use Lee Kum Kee)
- 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili flakes
Directions:
- In a small pot, add all the ingredients. Stir until combined.
- Simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
