Hash Browns

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Russet potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp ranch powder
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:

  • Wash and peel the potatoes.
  • Grate the potatoes and squeeze all the juice out.
  • Season with ranch powder, salt and pepper.
  • In a cast iron pan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil and place about 1/4 cup of the mixture.
  • Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  • You can add egg on top, if you prefer. Serve while warm. Enjoy!
Place the peeled potatoes into a bowl of water to avoid oxidation.
Finely grate the potatoes and place it directly into a bowl of water.
Squeeze all the juice out from the potatoes using a cheesecloth.
Fry the potato until golden brown
