Chili Soy Sauce

This is perfect with fried dumplings, siomai, and even steamed buns. Its spicy, salty and tangy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili bean sauce ( I use Lee Kum Kee)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili flakes

Directions:

  1. In a small pot, add all the ingredients. Stir until combined.
  2. Simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Thats it!
  4. This sauce is delicious with fried dumplings, steamed buns or siomai or any other dish that needs a kick!
