Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Russet potatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp ranch powder
- Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Grate the potatoes and squeeze all the juice out.
- Season with ranch powder, salt and pepper.
- In a cast iron pan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil and place about 1/4 cup of the mixture.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- You can add egg on top, if you prefer. Serve while warm. Enjoy!
